I have unlocked 3 phones. Galaxy S6 locked to T-Mobile, Galaxy S6 Edge locked to AT&T, and recently an iPhone 7 Plus, locked to Claro Dominican Republic. The first two were unlocked within the first 48 hours. With the iPhone, they told that the service was down, but that they will try. After 3 days, the unlocking failed and they offered me to reimburse my order or to try again, I choose to try again, and 3 days later my iPhone was unlocked!!

This is the first time I used CellPhoneUnlock.net and I was very happy with their services. I had purchased this phone from someone and they told me it was unlocked and it wasn’t I went around getting the information I needed with the provider associated with the phone and they provided me the unlock key and it didn’t work. I went back and forth with them and different departments to help me and at the end they said the phone was useless to me if the original owner couldn’t remove the IMEI from the account and that I would have to ask them to give them approval to get a repair kid from Samsung. Well the person I purchased it from was not helpful and disappeared. So my last option was CellPhoneUnlock.net. First of all they delivered before the 24 hour original agreement at the time of purchase and they provided me with the unlock code (that was the same as the providers) but they also provided me with a defreezer number and detailed instructions. I wasn’t sure how the defreezer worked not to their fault i should have read the instructions right. I went to them and they got back to me right away to help me further. You pay a little more than some sites for these guys, but as a second or third time user, I would thoroughly recommend the higher price as they do not disappoint – unlike a certain cheaper site I tried who couldn’t even get me a code and I still haven’t had a refund… 🙄

It only took 26 hours for me to get my unlocking code which is quite prompt from their 1-3 day allowance to give me my code. There was a hiccup since the unlocking procedure have failed due to a certain technicality and it asked for a Master Code. Quickly I emailed them and right away they answered me and offered a remote assistance. The technician was on point! He fixed it ideally and even gave me a bonus by letting me know the Master Code and SIM Network Unlock Pin aside from the Unlocking Code they’ve first provided.
