While communicating with this company at first frustrated me, ultimately my call was answered and I was able to speak directly with Carter who was very professional and was able to unlock my very stubborn phone. My case was a bit different as I had inserted a wrong sim for the original carrier so Carter had to actually log into the phone thru my laptop. It took approx 25 mins and my phone was unlocked! Thanks to Carter and crew!!
