This is the first time I used CellPhoneUnlock.net and I was very happy with their services. I had purchased this phone from someone and they told me it was unlocked and it wasn’t I went around getting the information I needed with the provider associated with the phone and they provided me the unlock key and it didn’t work. I went back and forth with them and different departments to help me and at the end they said the phone was useless to me if the original owner couldn’t remove the IMEI from the account and that I would have to ask them to give them approval to get a repair kid from Samsung. Well the person I purchased it from was not helpful and disappeared. So my last option was CellPhoneUnlock.net. First of all they delivered before the 24 hour original agreement at the time of purchase and they provided me with the unlock code (that was the same as the providers) but they also provided me with a defreezer number and detailed instructions. I wasn’t sure how the defreezer worked not to their fault i should have read the instructions right. I went to them and they got back to me right away to help me further.
